Park Vibes is a product of Dilli Labs. We designed this service with a single foundational belief: parents shouldn't have to surrender their privacy, identity, or data to know if a local playground is active.

No sign-ups, passwords, emails, phone numbers, or social logins required.
90-Minute Auto-Purge
Check-ins permanently self-delete after 90 minutes. No long-term history is stored.
COPPA Compliant
Automated filter blocks children's names, ages, physical descriptions, and contact info.
1. Information We Never Collect
Unlike conventional social networks, Park Vibes does not collect, buy, or sell personal information. Specifically:
- No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or IP-linked identity.
- No Minors' Data: We never collect information about children, including names, ages, photos, or school associations.
- No Device Fingerprinting: We do not track device hardware IDs, browser fingerprints, advertising IDs (IDFA/GAID), or cross-site activities.
- No User Profiles: We do not build behavioural profiles, social graphs, or follow lists.
2. Children's Online Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Park Vibes strictly adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The application is intended for use solely by adults, parents, and legal guardians.
Automated Content Filtration System:
Every broadcast is inspected by a real-time regex & dictionary privacy validator before publication. Messages containing child names, child ages (e.g. "5yo", "3 yr old"), clothing/appearance descriptions ("boy in blue hoodie"), phone numbers, social media handles, or direct meet-up solicitations are instantly rejected by the system.
3. Geolocation Data
When you grant location permission, your browser provides your coordinates strictly locally:
- Location data is processed in your browser to display distance to nearby parks and center your map view.
- When you broadcast a vibe, the post is associated with a public park's geographical centroid.
- We never track your movement, background location, or travel paths. When you close the app, all location references cease.
4. Ephemeral Lifespan & Permanent Data Deletion
Playground activity is only relevant in the moment. All vibe broadcasts are assigned a maximum TTL (time-to-live) of 90 minutes.
Once the 90-minute window elapses, the check-in is permanently deleted from our database by automated pruning routines. No backups, archival logs, or historical traces are retained.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- No Sale of Data: We do not sell or share any user data with third parties or advertising networks.
- Right to Know & Delete: Because we do not associate any record with personal identities, and all posts delete in 90 minutes, no persistent personal data is stored to inspect or delete.
