Welcome to Park Vibes, an ephemeral playground discovery service created by Dilli Labs. By accessing or using our website, map, and broadcast tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Eligibility & Adult Use Only
Park Vibes is strictly intended for use by adults, parents, legal guardians, and adult caregivers who are at least 18 years of age. Children under 13 are prohibited from submitting any broadcasts or content on the platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Park Vibes is a voluntary, anonymous community information bulletin intended to share general playground energy (e.g., "sunny, 3 toddlers on swings", "soccer kickaround").
⚠️ Important Safety Notice:
Park Vibes is not a childcare supervision system, emergency dispatcher, official park monitoring authority, or dating/meeting coordination service. Dilli Labs does not verify the real-time physical condition, equipment safety, cleanliness, or security of any park.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
To maintain a safe, welcoming, and privacy-respecting environment for all families, you agree not to broadcast or submit:
- Minors' Identifying Information: Names, nicknames, specific ages, grades, schools, or physical descriptions of children.
- Direct Contact Information: Phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging tags, or residential addresses.
- Solicitations & Direct Messaging: Requests to meet individuals, private solicitations, commercial promotions, or advertising.
- Inappropriate Content: Vulgarity, harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal material.
- Misinformation & False Broadcasts: Intentionally deceptive check-ins or automated spam.
Any broadcasts violating these rules will be rejected by our automated content filtering system or removed immediately.
4. Ephemeral Lifespan
You acknowledge that all posts and vibes are temporary and automatically self-delete 90 minutes after publication. Dilli Labs does not guarantee persistent storage, archiving, or retrieval of past broadcasts.
5. Parental Supervision & Assumption of Risk
You are solely responsible for the safety, health, and supervision of yourself and any minors in your care at public parks and playgrounds. By visiting any park shown on the map, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with recreational activities, equipment use, weather conditions, and community interaction.
6. Intellectual Property
The service, including software code, visual styling, brand logos, and database structures, is the exclusive property of Dilli Labs and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Park Vibes is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dilli Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, or your attendance at any public park.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
